Left with just four regulars and a single guest as a parachute, Game 26 of 2026 was a good one. The single parachute deployed—accounting for all but a dollar of his competitors' profits, while the chute itself suffered surprisingly little damage. Mitch Barnes played very well and finished first at six up. Our Guest, though, rocketed to Mars with another night of great cards, only to give it all back—and more. He made the trophy irrelevant despite a dollar boost from the derelict pot. Still, no one playing finished more than six up or eight down on a night with plenty of play and a twangy guitar music mix.
